Shrimp Fritters Recipe

Ingredients:

620g shrimps (shelled)

3 tsp corn flour

golden breadcrumbs

2 eggs (lightly beaten)

2 tbsp sesame oil

1 tsp butter

salt to taste

pepper to taste

oil for deep frying

Method:

Mince the shelled shrimps. Season with salt and pepper. Add the corn flour, butter, half the beaten egg and 1 tbsp sesame oil. Shape this shrimp mixture into bite size balls and dip it in the rest of the beaten egg. Heat up the oil to a high temperature and add the other 1 tbsp sesame oil. Roll the bite size shrimp balls in the breadcrumbs and then fry for about 3 minutes until golden brown. Serve with chili sauce.
