Stewed Abalone Recipe


1 tin of abalone

2 tbsp oyster sauce

2 tsp of corn flour

1 cube chicken stock

2 tbsp oil

1/2 pint of water

1.5 tsp of chopped garlic


Cut the abalone into thin slices. Keep the stock in a bowl

Heat up oil in frying pan. Fry chopped garlic until fragrant. Add in slices of abalone, oyster sauce, stock and water. Simmer for 5 to 10 minutes. Thicken gravy with corn flour mix with a little cold water. Simmer for 5 minutes. Garnish with spring onions and thin strips of chili.
