Clean and drain the fish well. Make a
few deep cuts on both sides of the fish. Marinate with lime juice,
salt and pepper for 20 minutes. Heat oil in pan. Stir-fry the pounded
ingredients until fragrant. Add in tamarind juice. Stir-fry until the
chili paste thicken. Fill the inside of the fish with the chili paste.
Brush oil on both side. Grill over medium heat until cooked. Serve
