Chop the crabs into big pieces. First
the shell then chop the claws and cut the bodies into 6 parts. Heat
the pan with cooking oil. Add chopped garlic and chilies. Fry for 4 to
5 minutes. Put in pieces of crab, adding 2 cups of water and simmer
for 10 minutes. Make a mixture of cornstarch, light soy sauce, tomato
sauce, sesame oil, vinegar and sugar. Stir well. Add this mixture into
the crab gravy and simmer for 6 minutes. Garnish with spring onions
and chili and serve hot.
