Remove skin of squids and pull out the
tentacles. Clean the squids thoroughly. Marinate with lime juice, salt
and pepper for 20 minutes. Heat oil in a pan. Stir-fry the pounded
ingredients until fragrant. Add in tamarind juice and squids. Stir-fry
well. Put in water and basil leaves. Boil over high heat. Then simmer
over medium heat for 5 minutes. Season to taste. Serve.
