Fried Pork With Fresh Peppercorns Recipe


60g sliced pork

60g sliced pork liver

20g fresh chilies

10g garlic

3/4 cup curry powder

10g fresh peppercorns

1 tbsp fish sauce

10 sweet basil leaves

5 lemon leaves

1 cup coconut milk


Heat 3 tbsp oil in a pan. Fry the pork slices and liver. Mix in the curry powder. Stir fry until half cooked. then add in coconut milk and continue cooking until meat is done. Add the peppercorns and all the other ingredients except the seasoning. Cook for a few minutes and add the fish sauce. Garnish with more basil leaves and slice chilies. Serve.
