Grilled Beef With Coconut Milk And Egg Plants Recipe

Ingredients:

120g beef

1 tbsp curry powder

1 cup thick coconut milk

5g hot green chilies

10g sweet basil

10g small egg plants

fish sauce

Method:

Marinate beef with a little oil and pepper for 4 hours or overnight. Grill the beef until tender and remove. Put coconut milk in a saucepan and stir over low fire till fragrant and oil surfaces. Add the beef, chilies and sweet basil leaves. Cook until mixture thickens, then add fish sauce to taste and also the small egg plants. Remove when it is cooked and serve.
