Spicy Seafood Salad Recipe


180g sea bass cleaned, gutted and sliced thinly into strips

180g large shrimps shelled

180g squid cleaned and gutted, body and tentacles cut into 1 inch length

7 fresh small green chilies

7 garlic cloves

3 coriander roots

3 tbsp fish sauce

1 tsp sugar

3 tbsp lemon juice

5 spring onions sliced 1/4 inch pieces

120g onions sliced thinly

60 g celery leaves together with stems sliced


Separately cook the fish, shrimps and squids in salted water for about 3 minutes. Drain. Pound the chilies, garlic, coriander root, fish sauce and sugar together until fine. Put in a mixing bowl and mix in the lemon juice, onion, spring onion and celery. Mix in the fish, shrimps and squid. Mix well. Serve.
