Stuffed Lady's Fingers Recipe


10 lady's fingers (made a horizontal cut and removed seeds)

300 gm small shrimps (chopped)

30 gm dried shrimps (chopped)

1 tbsp tamarind (mix with 1 cup of water to obtain tamarind juice)

4 tbsp cooking oil

Salt and sugar to taste


Pounded Ingredients

5 red chilies

10 shallots

3 cloves garlic

2 lemon grass



Stuffed lady's fingers with chopped shrimps and steamed for 5 -10 minutes. Heat oil in a pan and stir-fry the blended ingredients until fragrant. Add in chopped dried shrimps and cook for 4 minutes. Add in tamarind juice, salt and sugar to taste. Cook for another 5 minutes. Pour the sauce over the cooked lady's fingers.
