Green Mango Salad Recipe

Ingredients:

2 cups of green mango flesh (sliced thinly)

1/2 cup grated coconut (deep fried till brown)

1/4 cup dried shrimps

3 tbsp shallots (sliced)

5 fresh small green chilies (chopped)

2 tbsp palm sugar (or to taste if mango a too sour)

fish sauce, lime juice to taste

Method:

In a mixing bowl, mix all the ingredients together. Add lime if not sour enough or more fish sauce if not salty enough. Serve.
