Stir Fried Baby Corn And Mushrooms Recipe

Ingredients:

1/2 cup ear mushrooms (soaked in water to soften)

15 baby corns (cut into half, lengthwise)

120g rice straw mushrooms (halved)

1 Chinese celery plant (cut into short pieces)

2 red spur chilies (sliced)

1 tsp sugar

4 tbsp light soy sauce

1/4 cup vegetarian stock

4 tbsp vegetable oil

Method:

Heat up oil in wok. Put in ear and rice straw mushrooms, baby corns and stir fry together. Add vegetarian stock. Season with sugar and soy sauce and continue frying. Dish out onto a plate, sprinkle with celery and chili and serve.
