Tender Vegetables With Dried Oysters Recipe

Ingredients:

12 Chinese black mushrooms (soaked and stem removed)

100g dried oyster (softened in warm water

100g gluten (wet)

200g baby corns (cut into halves)

200g dwarf white mustard (cut into halves)

300g broccoli (in small sizes)

1.5 cup chicken soup stock

Seasoning:

1 tbsp oyster sauce

1 tsp light soy sauce

1 tsp sugar

1.5 tbsp corn flour

1 tbsp groundnut oil

Method:

Use 2 bowls of water to simmer mushrooms and seasoning in wok for about 1 hour. Add oysters and simmer for 30 minutes. Dish out. Boil gluten, dwarf white mustard and broccoli. Drain. Place broccoli, dwarf white mustard, mushrooms, oysters, gluten and baby corn on plate. Prepare thickening sauce with chicken soup stock and corn flour and pour onto the vegetables. Serve.
